Thinking about stocking up on our delicious, sustainably raised beef? Here’s the scoop on freezer space: For a whole beef order, you’ll need a freezer the size of a small polar bear’s den – about 16 cubic feet (2'x 2'x 4'). A half beef order? Picture a hefty penguin’s pad – around 8 cubic feet (2'x 2'x 2'). And for a quarter beef order, just enough space for a chubby seal – approximately 4 cubic feet (2'x 2'x 1'). Get ready to fill your freezer and your belly with the best beef around!

What's the Price Tag on your Beefy Feast?

Ready to get your hands on some top-notch beef from our regenerative farm? Here's the lowdown: we price your delicious beef based on its 'hanging weight'—that's the weight after the cow's been prepped by the butcher. Typically, this is about 60% of the cow's live weight, which usually tips the scales at around 1250 lbs. So, you're looking at roughly 750 lbs of prime beef goodness, multiplied by our price per pound. The final weight may vary depending on how you tailor your order. Customize away and get ready for a meaty feast!

Lay down your deposit at checkout to secure your beefy haul. Once the butcher kicks off the dry-aging magic, we’ll calculate the total and let you know it’s time to wrap up your purchase. While deposits aren’t refundable, you can totally transfer them to a beef-loving friend (or a whole crew). Just remember, we need full payment before we roll up with your delivery!
